Chef Doublas Soriano & Patricia Seifert

 

 

Chef DOUBLAS SORIANO - Doublas hails originally from El Salvador but since arriving in Beverly Hills, has been working in only the best restaurants.  He started his career refining and honing his skills for 7 years at MAPLE DRIVE.  From there, he joined the kitchen at THE PENINSULA HOTEL, where he became an expert in fine dining, presentation and kitchen management.

 

His experience led to the Sous-Manager and Catering Chef at THE FARM OF BEVERLY HILLS, where he oversaw the opening of two new "FARM" kitchens.  During his tenure there, his duties included purchasing, food costs, day-to-day operations, overseeing all preparation of in-house and off-site events.

 

Doublas has always had a flair for presentation which, while at THE FARM, allowed him the opportunity to work on the series THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS & BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, which garnered the restaurant an EMMY AWARD for camera food presentation.  His attention to quality, taste and detail has made him an asset to every kitchen in which he works.

 

 

PATRICIA SEIFERT - Patricia's passion for restaurant service began early, starting as a hostess while still in high school.  She showed a knack for multi-tasking, delegation and customer service and by age 18 had been promoted to management.

 

Patricia possessed the talent and personality to manage the luxury suites at the ROSE BOWL during the 1994 World Cup, overseeing the wait staff, creating menus for each client, and had the pleasure of personally serving World Leaders.

 

This led to a 5-year stint at TWIN PALMS in Pasadena, where she began as a server, but quickly worked her way up to work Special Events and assisted in Accounting, furthering her business acumen.

 

Following TWIN PALMS, Patricia moved West and worked with Andy Nakano as the General Manager of JOZU on Melrose - a perfect fit for Patricia.  She then went on to become the General Manager of MAKO, in Beverly Hills.  She became the Catering Director and Floor Manager of THE FARM OF BEVERLY HILLS, where she met Chef Soriano and they realized their professional work ethic and philosophy of food service were identical!

 

Working together for 4 years, they have created events ranging from intimate dinner parties to gala guest receptions of over 700, all with ease, professionalism, stunning presentation and elegant tasty food.

 

Their client list is expansive, covering Beverly Hills and a loyal following who appreciate their abilities in quality food and service which exceeds even the highest expectations.
